Wagner’s Women: Archetypes and Inspirations
Greetings all….l am thrilled to be performing an all-Wagner concert this weekend at Park Avenue Congregtional Church in Arlington, MA, entitled “Wagner’s Women: Archetypes and Inspirations.”. Please see details on the attached flyer.
My distinguished colleaguea are Jenny Ribeiro , Joanna Porackova , and collaborative pianist Jeffrey Brody. We will sing thrilling excerpts from The Ring as well as Tannhauser, Der Fliegende Hollander, Gotterdammerung, Siegfied, Tristan und Isolde, and Wesendonck Lieder.
Our narrator is Dalia Geffen, President Emerita and founder of the Boston Wagner Society.
