Quirk Cars Supports American Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, February 15, 2022
Quirk Auto Dealers hopes to boost local participation for their blood drive with musical performances by mezzo-soprano Janice Edwards, accompanied by pianist Charlie Blood, as a way of saying “thank you” to participating donors. Janice will perform popular jazz standards as well as Musical Theatre songs from such iconic musicals as Sondheim’s A Little Night Music (“Send in the Clowns”), Roger & Hammerstein’s Carousel (“If I Loved You”), and “Someone Like You” from Wildhorn/Bricusse’s The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde.
The Blood Drive begins at noon at Quirk Kia’s showroom at 1300 S. Porter Street, 2nd floor, and ends at 5:00 that afternoon.
